All of our 11oz. coffee mugs are pressed in house by means of sublimation or white toner transfers.  Hand washing is preferred for longevity, place items on the top rack of dishwasher at your own discretion!  Please know, the heat from the washer can distort the image.  The graphic tees are pressed in house as well via sublimation, screen print, white toner or htv.  They are durable and will stand up to hundreds of washes!  Please allow up to 3 business days for fulfillment, your items are made to order!

We strive to only send out product we would be happy to receive as customers. With that being said, we understand sometimes things just don't work out.  We offer full refunds within 15 days of the delivery date and we will send you a return slip via email.  Returns must be unused with no damages and tags attached.  Custom orders are not returnable.  LAST CALL ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.  Please email customer service with your name and order number in the subject line and a brief description of the return reason.
